About the role

Monoluxury Sdn Bhd, a leading food science and technology company, is seeking a dedicated QA / QC Executive (Food Science) to join our team in the beautiful Cameron Highlands, Pahang. In this full‑time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and safety of our innovative food products, contributing to the company’s continued success and growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures to monitor and maintain product quality and safety standards.
  • Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in‑process goods, and finished products to identify and resolve any quality issues.
  • Collaborating with the production team to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation and records of all quality‑related activities.
  • Staying up‑to‑date with industry regulations and best practices in food safety and quality control.
  • Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality protocols and procedures.
  • Assisting in the development and validation of new products and processes.

What we’re looking for

  • A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and best practices.
  • Proficient in data analysis, problem‑solving, and decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
