RESPONSIBILITIES :
o Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.
o Develop a sales contact plan direct marketing, and attending industry events to build relationship with key prospects.
o Response to incoming Requests for information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative and creative manner.
o Understand a prospect's business needs and work with the expert teams to develop a tailored digital marketing proposal.
o Work closely with colleagues in Cekap to identify common new business prospects and cross-sell integrated search and affiliate proposition.
o Represent Cekap at industry events, speaking forums and new business events.
o Work closely with Business Units to identify appropriate go to market for specific business sectors.
o Present effective and professional presentations on Cekap's products and services.
o Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as Cekap's policies.
o Effectively communicate client information and insights to the team.
o Enhance own development by taking responsibility for staying informed and up to date with industry knowledge.
o Work closely with Business Units to develop new business proposals.
o Contribute to the learning environment by identifying areas where there is potential for learning and building knowledge with others.
o Adopt the performance management scheme by setting objectives, participating in performance reviews, and building a personal development plan.
o Check any new PO for the respective department in the PETRONAS SUS Portal.
o New / Renewal registration and license, PETRONAS SWEC codes selection and application.
o Write contract letters and other communications and notices. Prepare MOU for prospective partners and prepare agency letter by including relevant PETRONAS SWEC Codes.
o Responsible to control and monitor all ITB / RFQ / IFQ / RFI / Screening Exercise / Markey survey received and submit before the date line. This includes checking new tenders from clients' website.
o Update the Master List of tendering / award / decline / unsuccessful / abort are captured and properly recorded.
o Responsible to update vendor and client database with detail information.
o Prepare weekly operation meetings and update the progress of department performance.
o Prepare a summary of the weekly department performance report.
