As a Business Analyst in our Reporting team, you’ll act as the bridge between business and technology. Your mission will be to :

• Transform business needs into smart reporting solutions .
• Perform requirements and impact analysis to support solution design and effort estimation.
• Ensure data quality and consistency by analyzing source systems and identifying gaps.
• Create clear, actionable user stories for our data engineering teams.
• Validate and optimize reporting solutions through rigorous testing and stakeholder feedback.
• Support continuous improvement by resolving reporting incidents and service requests.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for : As a Business Analyst, an analytical mindset is key. Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI / MS Fabric), ELT / ETL processes, and basic SQL will be essential for success. You will engage with stakeholders and developers, so strong communication skills, experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management are critical. You should be able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage tasks under time and workload pressure. In our multinational environment, you’ll collaborate with teams across regions, so advanced proficiency in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Great Team Hi, my name is Lin Lin Tan, and I’m currently a Team Manager. I began my career with DHL IT Services in 1998 as a Technical Documenter in the Training and Documentation team under the Business Support Services department. Working closely with user documentation for DHL applications sparked my interest in more hands-on, technical roles, which led me to join the Solution Delivery team as a System Analyst. From there, my career progressed quickly. I later stepped into the role of BI Analyst Lead and, in 2019, moved into management as the Lead of BI Team. Today, together with a talented, diverse, and multinational team, I’m driving our shared ambition to modernize our data platform—transitioning from on-premises MS SQL to Microsoft Fabric in a cloud environment.
