Company Driver

Vehicle Maintenance

• Maintain the company vehicle in excellent condition through regular cleaning, both interior and exterior.
• Schedule and ensure timely completion of all necessary maintenance, including monthly servicing, PUSPAKOM inspections, and renewals of road tax and insurance.

Safety & Compliance

• Strictly adhere to all road traffic laws and regulations.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle damage to management immediately.
• Follow all company policies and procedures at all times.

Professional Conduct

• Exercise the utmost discretion and maintain complete confidentiality regarding all company business and conversations overheard.
• Be punctual, prepared, and present a professional appearance.
• This role requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate early mornings, late evenings, and occasional overtime as needed for company events or travel. The nature of this role requires readiness to provide backup support, which may involve schedule changes.

Others

• To act as a backup to the existing corporate driver whenever needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (Malaysian Certificate of Education).
• Have at least 2-3 years of professional driving experience.
• Possess a valid driving license (GDL / PSV), a clean traffic record, and no criminal history.
• Demonstrate good driving skills and familiarity with Klang Valley roads and outstation routes.
• Ability to use navigation apps (Waze / Google Maps) to determine the best routes.
• Exhibit effective communication skills and excellent time management.
• Maintain a good working attitude, pleasant appearance, and good health.
• Be disciplined, punctual, and have good attendance.
• Have basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays, and be available on call if required.
