Job Description / Requirement

Diploma Holders with good communication, telephone technique, interpersonal, writing, analytical, and negotiation skills. Able to handle clients / customers in Mandarin and English.

Business Type : I.T., Computer Accessories & Office Equipment Supply Service. Familiar with the use of ERP System, product knowledge for printers & supplies, computer & peripherals, network services & accessories, and I.T. services industry.

YOUR ROLE :

• Serve as Account Manager to Corporate Customers
• Request and prepare business processes, including quotations and tender submission for new projects
• Manage customers' credit status and sales orders, customer services and support, and ensure schedule delivery on time after sales
• Upgrade and adhere to SOPs to maintain ERP data integrity and operation efficiency
