Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification, diploma holders or relevant experience are encouraged to apply
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, email, data entry)
  • Good communication skills, able to speak and write in English
  • Preferably able to drive and possess own transpor

Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative tasks related to international school and university enrolments
  • Assist with preparing, checking, and organizing enrolment documents
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone / email / WhatsApp in a professional manner
  • Brief clients clearly on procedures and required documents for new enrolments
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
