We’re looking for a Senior Content Specialist to lead creative direction and execution for SKINTIFIC and GLAD2GLOW , two of the fastest-growing beauty brands in the region. This role requires a strong mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands‑on execution to craft content that resonates with audiences, drives engagement, and elevates brand presence across social platforms.
You’ll play a key role in conceptualizing, producing, and optimizing content that performs — and guide junior team members to maintain excellence in storytelling and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Judgement & Proposal
Independently ideate and evaluate content that effectively highlights product positioning and unique selling points.
Propose innovative hooks, high‑impression, and “S‑level” content aligned with brand strategy to drive engagement.
Execution Ability
Translate creative concepts into compelling visuals and videos.
Demonstrate proficiency in filming, editing, and end‑to‑end content production.
Trend Integration & Insights
Stay ahead of platform trends, cultural moments, and viral content formats.
Integrate insights into creative strategies that boost virality and brand engagement.
Data Review & Optimization
Analyze content performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Develop actionable strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion.
Task & Team Management
Oversee content execution for assigned brand accounts, ensuring high quality and timeliness.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Problem Solving
Identify and address content or account challenges with practical, data‑backed solutions.
Mentorship
Guide and coach junior content specialists to improve their creative and strategic capabilities.
Ad‑hoc Projects
Support other initiatives and projects aligned with evolving business needs.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in content creation, social media strategy, or creative direction (beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry preferred).
Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.
Skilled in video production tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and familiar with TikTok / Instagram content style.
Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
Proven track record in creating high‑performing, viral content.
Leadership and mentoring experience are strong advantages.
