Role Overview

We are hiring a dedicated Production Operator to support the smooth and consistent production of our artisanal skincare and haircare products. You'll be responsible for hands-on tasks such as preparing raw materials, batching, filling, packaging, and maintaining cleanliness, all while ensuring every unit meets our premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

Before Production :

  • Prepare raw materials, packaging, and equipment according to SOP.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of production equipment and workspace.

During Production :

  • Carry out batch production processes including mixing, filling, packaging.
  • Accurately measure ingredients and materials for each batch.
  • Operate basic lab and production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP requirements.
  • Support packaging and boxing of finished goods.
  • Assist with quality control checks throughout production.

    • After Production :

  • Maintains QA workflow by assisting in updating records, paper work, filing and

    • so on.

  • Record batch data and report any issues to the shift supervisor or manager.
  • Participate in end-of-shift cleaning and shift handover.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

    • Requirements

  • Experience in a production, lab, or manufacturing environment is preferred (cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus).
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working evening hours (PM shift).
  • Physically fit to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic, cleanliness, and punctuality are essential.
  • Basic understanding of safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a purpose-driven brand.
