Job Description

  • Assist in administrative duties
  • Handling incoming calls & messaging
  • Prepare Quotation, issue Delivery Order & Sales Invoice
  • Ensure proper & systematic filing of documents
  • Coordinate with sales and operation team
  • Responsible for general administration and supporting sales team
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
  • Undertake any other related tasks as required.

Job Requirement : -

  • Fresh graduates' applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Those with admin experience is an advantage
  • Required Skill(s) : Computer Literate, Microsoft Office
  • Willing to learn and committed to work
  • Able to work independently
  • Efficient time management skill, good teamwork or strong analytical skills in an added advantage
