We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Junior Accounting Executive to manage payroll processes and assist with various accounting tasks.

šŸ“ Location : Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

ā° Work Mode : Work from anywhere

šŸ’¼ Role : Payroll & Junior Accounting Executive

What You'll Do :

  • Handle monthly payroll and ensure compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and tax requirements.
  • Maintain employee attendance and salary records.
  • Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
  • Support basic accounting tasks and financial reports.

What Weā€™re Looking For :

  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll or accounting .
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes preferred.
  • Detail oriented, responsible, and reliable.
