Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods, materials, or event equipment.
• Manage inventory, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transport providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee import / export documentation, shipping arrangements, and customs clearance when required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery or logistics-related issues.
• Optimize logistics workflows to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Support event logistics, including equipment setup, transportation, and on-site coordination.
• Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, stock levels, and costs
