Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure). Proficient with Git, Azure DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, and automated testing strategies. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral). Full Stack Tech Lead (Angular & .NET) - Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Tech Lead (Angular & .NET) to join our healthcare IT development team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in their domain and a strong understanding of modern technology stacks, agile methodologies, and cross-functional team collaboration.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end development of enterprise-scale web applications using Angular and .NET Core.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BA, QA, DevOps, and UI / UX to ensure cohesive technical solutions.
- Define coding standards, establish development guidelines, and enforce best practices.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and training sessions.
- Oversee sprint planning, task allocation, progress tracking, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks for potential adoption.
- Drive improvements in scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of solutions.
