The opportunity

Be part of our Business Consulting Finance team as a Project Manager, where you'll oversee client relationships and manage projects from inception to completion.

Your key responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind project success, orchestrating planning and execution with precision. You'll lead dynamic teams, manage timelines and budgets, and keep stakeholders engaged every step of the way. You will partner with the core team to identify risks and solve problems and will ensure quality is maintained at every stage.

Project Leadership : Direct and oversee all phases of project life cycles, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Strategic Planning : Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables that align with business goals.
Resource Management : Allocate resources, coordinate internal teams and external partners to achieve project milestones.
Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Stakeholder Communication : Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes.
Post-Project Evaluation : Conduct thorough post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Continuous Improvement : Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing project management best practices and methodologies.

What we look for

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or equivalent

Qualified accountant or equivalent (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MICPA)

At least 5 years of experience in project management preferably within Finance shared services

The role would be supporting Taiwan & China market hence local language proficiency would be an added advantage

Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
