Your Role

This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and a customer-first mindset. As the primary liaison for assigned accounts, you will ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and strategic partnership.
  • Lead client engagements including regular meetings, performance reviews, contract negotiations, and renewals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.

Business Development & Strategic Growth

  • Collaborate with practice and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and strategic deals tailored to client needs.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow business within existing accounts.
  • Develop detailed financial impact models for new business opportunities and contract renewals.
  • Take full ownership of account P&L, ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Contract & Commercial Management

  • Review and manage contractual documentation including MSAs, MSOWs, and WOs.
  • Operate across various commercial models such as Time & Material (T&M), Staff Augmentation, and Fixed Price engagements.
  • Monitor and report on contractual KPIs at agreed intervals.
  • Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain accurate records of account performance, forecasts, and key metrics.
  • Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations and manage complex Excel-based financial models and reports.
  • Provide regular updates through internal financial systems like e-Monitoring.
  • Track and report on opportunity pipelines using sales systems like THOR.
  • Engagement & People Management

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to align with client requirements.
  • Conduct performance reviews and annual appraisals to support team development and retention.
  • Ensure optimal resource utilization aligned with project goals and client expectations.
  • Job Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of related experience in account management or client-facing managerial roles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
  • Proven success in managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, contract structures, and commercial frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, e-Monitoring, and THOR.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
