Mastercard’s Services organization focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team supports the commercialization and delivery of key CA&E services and platforms—including Marketing Services, Rewards, Offers, and Personalization—across Asia Pacific. This role collaborates with Product and Services Business Leads, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to support sales enablement, go-to-market planning, and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and focused on driving customer value through scalable solutions. Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Support : Align sales strategies with customer and market needs across Asia Pacific and support tailored product messaging for different customer segments. Presentation & Communication : Design visually compelling presentations and sales tools that communicate product value; help craft and deliver engaging narratives for internal and external audiences; support client meetings and internal briefings with clear speaking and storytelling. Sales Enablement : Prepare materials for client engagements, including pitches, joint value initiatives (JVIs) and RFP responses; help build scalable go-to-market strategies to broaden product reach and relevance. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Product Management and Sales to execute sales plays and enablement activities; collaborate with Marketing to produce compelling sales tools and resources. Customer Engagement : Work with Sales to understand customer needs and embed them into product solutions; participate in client meetings to support product discussions and gather feedback. Market Intelligence : Conduct research on competing solutions and market trends to inform positioning and strategy. All About You / Qualifications

Exceptional narrative-building skills to craft clear, compelling messages for different audiences. Design sensibility in presentations and tools; confident in speaking in front of teams and clients. Experience in marketing-related fields with exposure to campaign planning, customer engagement, or product positioning. Strong business acumen; ability to connect customer needs with strategic goals and commercial outcomes. Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and supports sales and product teams. Creative problem solver who contributes to innovative go-to-market strategies; adaptable and eager to learn with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation. Corporate Security Responsibility
