We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Talent Acquisition Specialist . This full-time and permanent position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Talent Acquisition team and the organization's headcount growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including devising search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, conducting pre-screening and interviews, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers, and facilitating the hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation to hiring managers, offering insights on hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching, and best practices, as well as staying abreast of sourcing trends.
  • Develop, recommend, and execute recruitment strategies in collaboration with decision-makers to ensure successful candidate searches within specified timeframes.
  • Proactively source talent through various channels, such as social media, employee referrals, competitive intelligence / research, sourcing tools, and other innovative methods.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry experts and professional associations to establish ongoing passive candidate networks.
  • Proactively develop strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that everyone involved is updated and well-informed.
  • Execute talent acquisition programs, including Internal Job Mobility, Referrals, and Career Fairs.
  • Analyze, and report on TA metrics to highlight opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization with the intent to perform continuous improvement of TA processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven talent identification and hiring experience in a multinational corporation (MNC).
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong written / verbal communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in top-tier talent sourcing and networking.
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding, dynamic, and evolving work culture.
