Job Title : Client Care Associate (Customer Service)

Department : Client Care Centre

Location : Wisma, Jalan Teknologi 8, Bukit Jalil

Contract Type : 1-Year Contract (Potential for Permanent Conversion Based on Performance)

Job Grade : Band 9 / Local Grade 9A

Work Arrangement

  • First 3 Months : Fully Work From Office
  • Post 3 Months : Flexi Working (3 Days Office, 2 Days Remote)
  • Shuttle Service : Provided from LRT Bukit Jalil

Role Overview

As a Client Care Associate , you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality support through inbound phone calls, live chat, and email . This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction by resolving banking-related inquiries efficiently, accurately, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls, live chats, and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with a range of banking services including account information, transactions, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and escalated when necessary according to standard procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on banking policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Provide accurate information and support while adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards.
  • Log and document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets (e.g., service level, first contact resolution, quality standards).
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • Prior experience in customer service or contact centre roles is preferred (banking experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable with shift work (if applicable).
  • Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
