Overview

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand opportunities in the logistics and specialized transport sector. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, growing existing accounts, and driving market development at the country level, while collaborating closely with regional teams. Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Support sales activities across multiple logistics solutions, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends, prepare reports, and contribute to business planning. Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to align commercial activities. Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to optimize performance. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 8+ years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or project-related transport. Strong commercial mindset with proven sales track record. Good communication skills in English and local language. Proficiency in MS Office and business reporting. Seniorities
