Overview

A fast-growing payment company is hiring multiple Payment Product Managers, each focusing on a key domain, as below. You’ll own the roadmap and execution in your respective area for global users.

What you’ll do :

  • Card — Lead end-to-end execution of card product initiatives to meet business goals, from defining user needs to overseeing delivery. Collaborate with internal teams and manage external partners (schemes, processors, manufacturers). Develop product and business strategies to grow card usage across B2B and B2C segments. Shape revenue models, pricing, and go-to-market plans to optimize performance and profitability.
  • Cross-border / FX — Define and manage the FX roadmap covering rate management, execution, reconciliation, and reporting. Lead integrations with financial institutions for FX settlement, liquidity, and treasury functions. Streamline reconciliation processes through automation and real-time data tracking. Analyze pricing, competitors, and user feedback to ensure product-market fit and profitability. Ensure compliance and risk mitigation in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • API — Build and evolve API offerings related to payment, with a focus on usability and developer experience. Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to support smooth integrations. Own API documentation, sandbox tools, and functionality best practices. Develop go-to-market strategies and pricing for API products. Act as internal expert for API-related queries across teams.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields
  • 2-3 years in product management, preferably in fintech / payment / infrastructure-heavy products
  • Strong grasp within the domain; Card / Foreign Exchange / API lifecycle (design to deployment)
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and user impact
