Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the academy's full range of training programs, short courses, and certification programs.
- Handle inquiries, follow up with potential students, and assist in enrollment processes.
- Maintain and update the customer database; perform regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales / enrollment targets and prepare reports on sales performance.
- Represent the academy at education fairs, roadshows, open days, and related events.
