Responsibilities

• To assist with construction staking or site layout survey
• Marking and demarcating boundaries and reference points on the project site or section of land
• Maintain all surveying and measuring equipment on site
• Performing mathematical calculations to determine and confirm surveying measurements
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors and Local Authorities on survey matters
• To plan, coordinate and implement surveying works
• To process surveyed data using surveying software
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD Software and can prepare drawings independently for client submissions
• Verifies the accuracy of survey data, measurement, and calculations
• Assist, align, and complement Structural & Civil Engineering works
• Ensure the correctness of build-up according to construction plans and drawings
• Perform post-survey data processing, drafting & prepare survey report
• Prepare as-built drawing plan and coordinate daily survey work and other related scope of works
• Travelling to different sites when necessary
• Need to control all company projects or at least 2 projects
• Ready for projects in Kota Tinggi, Johor and at the Bukit Mertajam Project, Penang
