Responsibilities

  • Reimagine and design creative total rewards packages tailored to highly sought-after digital talent, ensuring competitiveness even against leading tech companies.
  • Lead market benchmarking and deep data analysis to identify gaps in current practices and craft attractive solutions that appeal to top candidates.
  • Develop, implement, and manage total rewards strategies across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, ensuring alignment with global HR objectives and local market realities.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to design compelling offers and retention strategies.
  • Manage job evaluation, grading, and structuring to support the growth of digital roles in emerging regions.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits / total rewards , preferably within Tech & Digital industries .
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills – able to translate numbers into stories and strategies.
  • Regional exposure across Malaysia, Singapore & Indonesia (experience with developing markets is a plus).
  • A creative mindset – not just benchmarking, but thinking out of the box to craft packages that stand out in the market.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to partner with business leaders.
