Penerangan pekerjaanMust prepared to travel outstation extensively on a weekly basis. Able to communicate in English, Malay, Mandarin as well as local dialects. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers. Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently. Candidate must possess valid Driving License Class “D”, best with own vehicle. Candidate best possess with Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Bio-Industry / Forestry / Soil Science or any related discipline.
Northern (Perlis, Kedah, Penang & Northern Perak) – based in Penang / Perak
Job Description
- Promote company's products and services to distributors, dealers, plantations, estate owners & end-users in agricultural industry.
- Identify potential customers, plan & conduct field / farm / estate visits to offer the company's fertilizers & plant nutritional products.
- Expand and increase the prospective customer base and develop new sales opportunities.
- Execute the given business plan, conduct marketing & promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily sales & visiting reports, providing an updated periodical market overview, highlighting customer issues, updates on the competition information etc.
- Maintain customers' confidence in the good reputation of company’s products and services.
