Senior Data & Insights Analyst

Role Overview

We are expanding our data team and seeking a Senior Data & Insights Analyst who can turn data into clarity, decisions, and measurable impact. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguous business problems, communicates with confidence, and knows how to guide stakeholders toward using data effectively—not just build dashboards on request.

You will partner directly with business and product leaders, understand their goals, and translate them into structured analysis and actionable insights. You should be comfortable challenging assumptions, advising non‑technical users, and ensuring that data becomes a strategic asset, not just a reporting tool. If you enjoy solving real problems, influencing decisions, and shaping data culture across the company, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Insight Generation & Advisory

Engage with stakeholders to understand business problems and transform them into analytical frameworks.

Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

Build deep domain expertise across business verticals and proactively anticipate analytical needs.

Investigate data inconsistencies and partner with technical teams to resolve issues.

Recommend new tools, methodologies, or analytics approaches that enhance decision‑making.

Qualifications

Strong SQL skills

Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence without authority.
