Responsibilities :

  • Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, portion, and presentation meet company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory, and report shortages.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Support menu preparation and special events when required.
  • Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the restaurant environment or F&B industry.
  • Basic in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • With positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of diverse culinary techniques and international cuisines.
  • Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Creativity and passion for food presentation and innovation.
  • Team player, able to work under pressure and handle busy service periods.
