DOO you have what it takes?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional technical and operational initiatives within a fast-paced fintech environment. This role requires strong organizational, stakeholder management, and execution skills to drive the successful delivery of projects related to trading infrastructure, client support systems, vendor integrations, regulatory initiatives, and internal platform upgrades.

You will act as the central point of contact for planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress, ensuring timely delivery, issue resolution, and alignment with strategic goals. Working under the Head of Client Support and in close collaboration with the CTO, you will be instrumental in bringing structure and discipline to project execution.

What you'll be working on :

• Lead the planning and execution of key technology and business projects across departments
• Coordinate with technical teams, product managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
• Monitor progress against milestones, manage risks, and escalate critical issues to the appropriate stakeholders
• Establish and maintain project documentation, reporting dashboards, and weekly progress updates
• Support the introduction and adoption of project management best practices (agile or hybrid approaches where applicable)
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure clear communication between departments
• Track project budgets and resource allocation where applicable
• Ensure proper post-project evaluation and documentation of lessons learned
