to join the team! Job Responsibilities : Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique vision and goals. Develop comprehensive event plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, and logistics. Source and manage vendors, negotiating contracts to optimize costs and quality. Oversee event setup, ensuring flawless execution of staging, lighting, and sound requirements. Lead the event team to ensure seamless execution of all operations. Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the event. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses to ensure financial objectives are met. Assist in developing engaging promotional materials to attract attendees. Gather feedback from stakeholders to assess event success. Lead and motivate event teams, including volunteers, staff, and external vendors. Job Requirements : Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any relevant field. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Event field. Have experience in managing a team would be added advantage. Have experience in dealing with clients and vendors.
