Duties and Responsibilities
To plan, execute, and support marketing strategies and campaigns that promote the company's property projects, enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales.
Marketing Campaigns & Branding
Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital & traditional) for property launches and ongoing projects.
Liaise with creative agencies, printers, media buyers, and advertising platforms.
Digital Marketing
Manage company website and social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Analyze digital marketing results and suggest improvements.
Project Promotions & Events
Organize and coordinate property launch events, roadshows, exhibitions, and sales galleries.
Prepare marketing kits, project briefings, and promotional packs for agents and clients.
Reporting & Research
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in property and real estate under developer company
Creative, resourceful, and results-driven mindset.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Basic design and video editing knowledge is an advantage (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.).
Able to work on weekends or public holidays during project launches or events (with replacement leave)
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM3, RM7,500.00 per month
