Job Description

Role :  Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales Support

Location : Malaysia

We are partnering with a leading IT services and solutions provider headquartered in Singapore with operations across multiple countries, including Malaysia. The company specializes in delivering innovative IT solutions, staffing services, and digital transformation strategies to a broad range of industries. Known for its commitment to excellence and strong client partnerships, the company empowers businesses to achieve operational efficiency and growth through tailored technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
  • Handle PO, SOW, and coordination between internal departments (finance, delivery) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update the ATS system with information.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and data analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Assist in following up with clients on pending documents, PO, SOW.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Support RFPs, and contract documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and approval processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in sales support
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with ATS and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
