Overview

Full Stack Developer (Firebase, Flutter & Python AI) at Pacton Technologies Sdn Bhd. You’ll be maintaining existing systems and building new features across our Firebase backend, Flutter mobile apps, and Python-based AI modules. This is a hands-on role spanning web, mobile, and AI integration — powering real users, real transactions, and data-driven products across ASEAN.

What You’ll Do

Maintain and improve Firebase backend and web services (Firestore, Auth, Functions, Hosting, Storage).
Support feature development in Flutter (iOS / Android) and Firebase web.
Design and implement booking, payments, and user flows; integrate third-party APIs.
Contribute to Python-based AI model training, deployment, and AI agent features.
Ensure code quality, documentation, and version control (Git; Docker experience a plus).
Collaborate with the team on technical discussions and product improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Solid experience with Firebase & Flutter.

Experience with REST APIs, cloud integrations, and payment / booking flows.

Track record in cross-platform apps or SaaS development.

Nice-to-Have

AI agents, NLP, or recommendation systems.

TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, or vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

Docker, CI / CD pipelines, or real-time comms (WebSockets, MQTT).
