岗位职责 :

1、通过客服软件在线接待用户并解答相关问题;

2、分析用户反馈问题,并对问题进行记录、处理、反馈;

3、监控游戏运行状态,及时反馈异常状况;

4、理性接待用户,提供充足的情绪价值服务;

任职要求 : 1、有游戏行业客服经验优先;

2、熟悉中文或俄文优先;

3、有良好的服务意识,性格活泼具有亲和力,理解能力强;

4、抗压能力强,能正常接受上级工作安排;

Job Responsibilities :

1.Provide real-time customer support and address user inquiries through online customer service software.

  • Analyze user feedback, document issues, and follow up with appropriate solutions and responses.

3 .Monitor game operations and promptly report any technical issues or abnormalities.

4.Handle user interactions professionally while delivering empathetic and positive emotional support.

Job Requirements :

1.Prior customer service experience in the gaming industry is preferred.

2.Proficiency in Chinese or Russian is a plus.

3.Strong customer service mindset with a friendly, approachable, and understanding personality.

4.Ability to work under pressure and follow management instructions effectively.
