KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handles escalation of complaints and works with other departments to ensure problems / issues are handled promptly and with quality solutions.

To escalate and feedback to department owners / management to ensure root cause is identified, reviewed, and process improvement is implemented.

Liaise with ITSSC, Ticketing System, Lotus notes and infrastructure issues.

To handle complaints received from various departments.

To perform any other duties as requested by the Department Head or any superior.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree, in Information Technology or equivalent.

1-2 years of relevant work experience is an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Possesses sound decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.

Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Strong ability to interact positively and handle various situations.

Candidate must be willing to work during weekends and public holidays to support the operational needs as and when required.

Applicants must be willing to work at SUNWAY LOST WORLD WATER PARK, SUNWAY CITY, IPOH, PERAK.
