Client Industry : Leading IT solutions provider in Malaysia

Location : Menara Prima Avenue (The Tube), Petaling Jaya

Key Responsibilities :

Design, implementation, troubleshooting, analyse, support, and maintain on range of system, including Windows, server / OS utilization, virtualization, performance tuning, AD and backup design and restore
Works closely with clients / vendors to resolve open issues, monitor schedules, and evaluate the level of technical support required and delivered by vendors
Provide technical support to sales team
Proactively ensure solving customer infrastructure on time in professional way
Troubleshooting and resolving customer system infrastructure issues within the SLA timeline
Manage development of project plans and time tracking allocated to the project and provide timely status updates to relevant parties
Prepare and compiling project documentation
Implementation & Configuration of VMWare, Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft 365, backup
Work well under pressure and demonstrate the ability to meet tight deadlines
Able to work after working hour & midnight standby

Key Requirements :

Min 2 years relevant work experience

Good troubleshooting skill in Microsoft Windows server OS, VMWare / Hyper-V, backup solutions and server storage

Good working experience in WINS, DNS, DHCP, NFS, LDAP and security management.

Experience in designing, supporting, and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory and M365

Good experience in backup solutions e.g., VEEAM, Storage Craft Disaster Recovery Solutions

Knowledge in SAN / ISCSI / NAS solutions

Knowledge with Microsoft Azure or Dell enterprise solutions have advantages

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : RM5, RM9,000.00 per month
