Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Track recruitment progress and ensure monthly hiring targets are met.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with different teams.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles efficiently.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Mandarin and English , both spoken and written.Seniority level
