Responsibilities
- Experienced in Cold Kitchen operations and capable of developing new menu items.
- Able to prepare Cold Kitchen food samples according to Airline client requirements.
- Possesses versatile skills to support other Inflight Catering Production teams when needed.
- Ensures all cooking and food preparation tasks are completed according to schedule.
- Carries out work in accordance with the specifications agreed upon by Airline clients.
- Ensures compliance with food safety SOPs.
- Promotes teamwork and effective collaboration during operations.
- Adheres to safety SOPs and proper work procedures within the Inflight Catering department.
- Ensures proper coordination between sections for all work-related matters.
- Keeps supervisors updated regularly on issues within Inflight Catering and maintains effective communication within the department.
