    • Job Description

  • Responsible for compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relationship and other HR related matters.
  • Leave & time attendance administration.
  • Maintain and upkeep all HR records.
  • Preparation of HR correspondences such as employment letters, staff confirmation, staff movements / resignations etc.
  • Liaise with statutory parties when necessary
  • Handle employee discipline issues & grievances
