About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team at MIUSIFAZ ENT. In this full-time role based in Shah Alam, Selangor, you will play a crucial part in growing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in managing company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content to increase followers and engagement
- Monitor comments, messages, and interact with online community
- Support in planning social media campaigns and promotions
- Assist in designing basic graphics, captions, and short videos
- Track and report on social media performance (likes, reach, sales conversion, etc.)
- Perform other ad-hoc marketing or admin tasks as required
