Supply Chain Planner

Summary of Job Function :

To oversee / monitor the plan and control resources to support production to meet customer requirement.

Job Scope :

• Source and send RFQ for new and existing require purchase items.
• Co-ordinate and monitor sales of scrap.
• Negotiate and get competitive price and services from vendor / supplier.
• Process PR and generate PO till purchase order approval.
• Purchase and expedite on delivery of item purchase.
• Update and monitor on supplier and sub-contractor's performance.
• Monitor FA submission from supplier.
• Do filling for outgoing and incoming document.
• Record and present monthly cost down report.
• Assist planner / Buyer and PMC section head on sourcing activities and price comparison.
• Oversee production planning & shipment plan to meet the plan.
• Responsible for ERP - Syteline System for Item Code set-up, BOM set-up and daily production job order & release & posting.
• To maintain good housekeeping at the working area
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree

in a relevant field is preferred,

but

candidates with

diplomas, certifications, or equivalent work experience

can also be considered.
