Specialist / Engineer - Plant Engineering (Plating)

Your Responsibilities

• In charge of Desmear, Electroless Planning, Post Plating Annea processes in the Copper Plating engineering department
• Work for project management, tools installation and qualification to meet the milestone set
• Coordinate the Plating process activities with other departments related to machine or material suppliers
• Develop qualification plans, design of experiment (DOE), Design Process and Device / product FMEA and evaluation / qualification procedures
• Ensure proper pass down information in accordance to the company standards and templates
• Responsible on improving and maintaining the yield in accordance to the plant yield roadmap, able to sustain target yield and output capacity thorough comprehensive continuous improvement and projects
• Focus on executing of process root cause and recovery during releasing of machine, validate the completion of supplier modification / engineering fixing and overview the process to be more healthiness
• Involve in Training Execution to bring up whole Production Team with adequate process controls and recovery plans
