Job Responsibility

Job Scope

  • Support the accounting team with simple admin tasks
  • Organize and file documents (physical & digital)
  • Key in invoices, receipts, and basic accounting data
  • Assist with issuing invoices and billing follow-ups
  • Liaise with clients to collect documents and information
  • Help with simple bookkeeping and data entry
  • Provide support during monthly or yearly closing

Job Requirements

Requirement

  • Min. SPM / Diploma in Business, Admin, or Accounting
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • Added advantage if you speak and write well in Mandarin.
