Lead a group of IQC, IPQC, and OQC team personnel for daily QC routine activities.
Responsibilities include :
- Monitoring the quality of raw material, component, semi-finished product, and finished product to satisfy specifications.
- Conducting training for continual improvement and new recruited QC inspectors.
- Consolidating shift issues and reporting to superiors, supporting QC activities when QC inspectors are absent.
- Performing defect sample analysis from the production process for product and process improvement.
- Preparing and reporting the quality of outgoing finished goods quality performance.
