Overseeing the production process on the entire bakery line.

Supervision and monitoring of staff disciplinary issues.

Ensuring that the production is cost effective by monitoring and controlling wastages.

Responsible to ensure good line efficiency, productivity, and capacity optimization.

Process optimization and continual improvement.

Participate in internal quality and food safety related audits.

Ensure that products are produced timely and are good quality.

Enforces GMP and GHP standards.

Supervising and motivating teams of workers.

Ensuring production schedule as per planning in fulfilling target.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
