Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of the HVAC Actuator and Automotive compliance product, including functional validation, component analysis (BOM optimization), and failure mode assessment (FMEA).
• Research production processes such as actuator assembly, testing, and quality control, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 standards.
• Collaborate with the Global R&D team to translate and optimize process documentation, and train the Malaysian local team (mentor apprentice model).
• Support resolution of production issues, including equipment debugging, material matching, and quality prevention measures.
• Engage in OEM client meetings, providing technical Support in English and Mandarin, and driving project localization.
• Assist in team culture building, fostering Malaysian collaboration, and improving operational efficiency.

Job Requirements :

Working Hours : Mon - Fri 8.00am - 5.30pm

Salary Range : RM2800 - RM3500
