Key Responsibilities

Design and build scalable applications for various platforms using Flutter
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Monitor the performance of live apps and work on optimizing them
Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes
Understand end‑user requirements and translate these into effective mobile solutions
Ensure the latest industry trends and technology advancements are considered and applied in development processes
Ensure the implementation of security best practices

Experience and Knowledge

Required Technical Experience

4+ years in mobile development (Android / iOS), with at least 3 years in Flutter

Strong in Dart, Flutter widget lifecycle, BLoC, and async programming

Experience in native Android (Kotlin / Java) or iOS (Swift) strongly preferred

Strong understanding and experience with image optimization, proper session management, offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

Experience with local databases (Drift and SQLite)

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management
