REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years experience in the F&B industry required.
• Basic food safety / hygiene training or certification is advantageous (e.g., food handler licence, HACCP knowledge).
• At least basic communicative proficiency in Malay; English is often required; other languages may be a plus depending on the outlet.
• Physical stamina : ability to stand long hours, lift / carry, work under hot / humid conditions.
• Able to work in a team; take direction from supervisors.
• Good time management; able to work efficiently during busy periods.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, public holidays.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Proactive / willing to learn; adaptable to changing demands in kitchen operations.
• Willingness to take on responsibilities outside the job scope as assigned by top management.
