Penerangan pekerjaanTake full ownership of all operational KPIs, including Cost, Quality, Yield, and Productivity (DL, IDL, and equipment). Implement and manage systems to track, report, and analyze performance metrics, driving immediate and long‑term corrective actions. Leverage deep technical expertise in assembly processes and equipment to guide engineering teams in resolving complex challenges. Oversee the NPI development process, ensuring new products are designed for manufacturability (DFM) and transition to high‑volume production with a capable, stable process (high Cpk), high yield, excellent quality, and optimal cost. Champion a data‑driven and systematic problem‑solving culture (e.g., 8D, Six Sigma, DMAIC) throughout the organization. Utilize strong statistical and analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify root causes, and implement robust solutions. Act as the primary operational liaison, communicating with high visibility to global teams (Business Groups, Global Quality, Opex) and internal support groups (HR, Finance, Planning, QA, Facilities). Drive robust people development, performance management, and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial) or a related technical field. A minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in a high‑volume Assembly and Final Test semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment. Proven experience managing a large, complex workforce. Deep technical knowledge of assembly equipment, processes, and manufacturing methodologies. Champions a data‑driven culture and demonstrable mastery of structured and systemic problem‑solving techniques. Exceptional leadership, management, and influencing skills with the independence and gravitas to drive a large department. Strong, articulate communication skills, with the ability to present complex strategies and data clearly to all levels, from engineers to global executives. A proven ability to work effectively with all key stakeholders and support functions (Finance, HR, Planning, etc.) to achieve common goals. We are seeking a senior, results‑oriented operational leader to join our executive team as the Operation Director / Deputy Director . This position holds ultimate responsibility for our entire Assembly and Final Test manufacturing organization, a large‑scale operation of 1000‑1500 employees.
You will be tasked with directing and optimizing our Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and New Product Introduction (NPI) functions. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data‑driven, and technically‑proficient leader with a proven track record of managing complex, high‑volume operations and driving world‑class performance.
