To report to HOD and to assist Contract Manager and Assistant Contract Manager
Pre contract works includes to assist in Tender process for main-contract and nominated sub-contracts, review draft tender documents, tender reports, arrange tender interviews, tender award and review of letter of award
Vendor / supplier management works includes acquiring of quotations, cost analysis and estimates, evaluation of quotations and prepare work order / purchase order
Measurement taking off and site measurement includes preparation of bill of quantities.
To oversee post-contract administration including project budget monitoring, site valuations, progress claims, variations and final accounts
Consultant management includes request for fee proposals, evaluate, draft and officiate appointment and prepare consultants payment claims
Work closely with consultants, contractors, design and project teams
To attend site meeting, technical meetings and coordination of meetings.
To prepare documentation and proper filling system.
To perform any other duties and when assigned from time to time.
Must have good follow-up, organizational skills and analytical skills.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
