We are seeking a proactive Service Analyst to join our logistics service and experience team to help build an innovative, secure, and intuitive e-commerce ecosystem for our users.
Responsibilities
- Handling complaints and claim tickets and maintaining & increasing claim recovery rate from logistics partners through rules optimization, revamp of CS workflow, and product optimization
- Serve as an escalation point for CS for logistics-related issues, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects or escalate pending issues (CS, logistics teams, logistics service providers, product and business teams, data analytics)
- Manage logistics partner CS performance by establishing standard processes, and creating SOPs, training, and monitoring key metrics
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience with e-commerce customer service or logistics service providers, ideally interacting with logistics service providers, customer / seller service, or support operationsFluent in EnglishProficiency in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese sellers without barriersUnderstanding of end-to-end logistics processesAdvanced knowledge of working with data and using dashboards to track and analyze trendsAbility to adapt to change and take quick actionPreferred Qualifications :
Experience managing end-to-end claims & compensation, including designing rules and SOPsPrior experience in logistics and operations with a strong understanding of operational workflowsExperience creating process maps, SOPs, and other supporting documentationExperience working in a large international organization with a diverse workforceExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholdersExperience managing relationships with logistics vendorsAbout TikTok
