About The Job
- Drive sales growth across bakery, food service, ingredient shops, and SME channels within the northern region (Penang, Kedah, Ipoh, Langkawi).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring healthy account management.
- Develop sales opportunities by introducing new products and expanding SKUs with current customers.
- Manage quotations, payment follow-ups, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
About The Manager / team
You will be reporting to an experienced National Sales Manager who provides guidance while encouraging independence in managing your region.
Skills And Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food, bakery, or ingredients industry within the northern region.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with proven ability to drive sales.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently while meeting targets.
