Herbal Preparation & Dispensing

• Assist T&CM pharmacist in selecting, checking, and preparing raw herbs
• Prepare decoctions, powders, and herbal formulations under guidance
• Package, label, and maintain herbal products with care and accuracy
• Organize inventory, track stock, and replenish supplies on time
• Assist practitioners with acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and herbal therapies
• Provide pre- and post-treatment care to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Translate and support communication between foreign practitioners and patients
• Guide patients throughout their consultation and therapy journey
• Set up and maintain treatment rooms and materials
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to patients
• Support documentation, patient records, and daily admin tasks
• Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene in all treatment areas
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Expand your knowledge of TCM herbs, properties, and correct usage
• Stay updated on treatment techniques and service protocols
• Develop professional competency while enhancing patient care
